Through embodied practices that combine movement, structured breathing (pranayama), and sound-based techniques, the autonomic nervous system is supported in shifting from a stress response toward a more regulated, parasympathetic state. This process can improve emotional regulation, increase body awareness, reduce tension, and support clearer, more focused mental functioning.

Individual Energy Balancing Session

We begin with a questionnaire designed to assess possible energy blockages and better understand your current physical, emotional, and mental state. This is followed by a short personal interview to clarify your needs and goals.Based on this assessment, we create a personalized practice tailored to your individual situation. The program may include yoga postures (asanas), breathwork, and meditation techniques selected to support balance, release tension, and improve overall well-being.Each session is adapted to your body, experience level, and specific challenges, ensuring a safe, supportive, and effective approach to restoring harmony and vitality.

Personalized Yoga (asana lab) & Breathwork Session

Every body is different, and not every posture serves everyone. I design individual yoga sessions (Asana Lab) tailored to your lifestyle, condition, and specific needs—supporting mobility, releasing tension, and restoring balance where it’s needed most.My approach combines traditional yoga with elements of modern movement training and functional strength work. This integration builds stability, improves mobility, and develops real, sustainable strength—while respecting your body’s natural mechanics.Breathwork (pranayama) is an essential part of the practice. Through conscious, guided breathing, we regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. The breath becomes a powerful tool to restore inner stability, increase energy, and deepen the effects of physical training.Each session is an intelligent flow connecting movement, strength, and breath—designed to build resilience in the body and balance in the mind.

Sound Healing session

Sound Healing sessions use the pure vibrations of crystal singing bowls to guide the body into a deeply restorative state. The sound frequencies resonate with the energy centers (chakras), helping to release energetic blockages and restore natural harmony.This gentle yet powerful practice supports nervous system regulation, reduces stress, and encourages physical and emotional relaxation. Each session is designed to create a calm, safe environment where you can disconnect from daily pressure and reconnect with balance, clarity, and inner stillness.Available as private sessions or group experiences.

Group Workshops – Energy Flow

Regular group practices focused on improving energy flow and restoring inner balance. Each session combines breathwork, meditation, and physical yoga practice, with attention dedicated to a specific energy center (chakra).These workshops are designed to release tension, increase body awareness, and support overall well-being in a supportive group environment.

My story

Follow Your Heart, Find Your Balance.

I am a trained sociologist with a heartfelt curiosity about culture, spirituality, and the inner world. After university, I spent over 14 years in the tech industry, working as a manager in fast-paced startup environments. In that intense rhythm of life, pole dance became my refuge - a way to return to my body, release stress, and reconnect with strength, confidence, and self-trust.When burnout and stress-related physical symptoms appeared, I felt a gentle inner call to slow down and listen more deeply. This led me to step away from my IT career and travel to Bali, where I completed Yoga Teacher Training and Pranayama studies, opening the door to working with energy through chakra awareness and sound.Today, movement remains a living part of my life, and at the heart of my work lies a desire to support others in coming home to themselves. Through conscious movement, breath, meditation, and sound, I offer spaces for grounding, nervous system regulation, inner balance, and soft reconnection with one’s inner world.

I offer online sessions and private home visits in Jávea and surrounding areas. (January–May).

  • Individual Energy Balancing Session 50 euro/consultation

  • Personalized Yoga & Breathwork (single/first 50 euro/h, regular 40 euro/h)

  • Sound Healing session (groups: 20 euro per person, individual to be discussed)

  • Group Workshops – Energy Flow (15 euro per person)
